Clinical Operations Contractor

The Role

As Kintsugi’s Clinical Operations Contractor, you will help us carry out research that may help millions suffering from mental disorders. You are a “do-er” and also create the collateral for your communication. You are data-driven and responsive to feedback. Reporting to Kintsugi’s Clinical Research Manager, the Clinical Operations Contractor will work closely with the Quality and Regulatory team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a high growth deep-tech and health tech startup at an inflection point. 

This will be a 6-month contract with the possibility to extend. Working hours are from 9AM to 5PM PST. The expected hourly rate for this position will range from $30 - $50. Actual compensation may vary from posted rate depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support remote clinical studies on depression and anxiety 
  • Make data entries to REDCap Cloud EDC
  • Conduct screening calls to potential study participants and obtain consent from study participants
  • Schedule participants for research activities 
  • Complete post-processing of study data for analysis 
  • Assist with IRB submissions and amendments
  • Support compliance and quality documentation 
  • Provide administrative support (word processing, Excel data management) as needed

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Creative, analytical, and self-motivated  
  • Detail oriented 
  • Previous experience with healthcare or mental healthcare or health tech industry 
  • Experience in clinical research
  • Experience with quality documentation
