The Role

The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative support to the Founder/CEO of Kintsugi and report directly to the Senior Executive Assistant. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The EA will be a key partner, enabling the Founder/CEO to focus on strategic initiatives by ensuring efficient operations and communication within the company. Additionally, the EA will support the Senior Executive Assistant on larger projects.

Kintsugi offers a competitive Total Rewards package to ensure our employees are well-supported both personally and professionally. The expected base salary for this role will range from $60,000 - $110,000 in addition to equity. Actual compensation may vary based on your confirmed skills and experience.

Administrative Support

  • Manage the Founder/CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communication, on behalf of the Founder/CEO.
  • Support Head of BD and Strategy scheduling needs.

Project Support

  • Assist the Senior Executive Assistant with larger projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed to support project needs and the Founder/CEO’s decision-making process.

Communication and Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison between the Founder/CEO and other executives, employees, clients, and partners.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication of priorities and expectations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate follow-up on action items and deliverables from meetings and discussions.

Confidentiality and Discretion

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.

Skills and Competencies

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
