I love 59 Breaths!!! I’m a larger person so my inhales and exhales are longer than normal, so it’s nice that it adjusts to my breathing so I don’t feel rushed. I have been wanting to pickup meditating as a habit for years, but don’t have the time to commit an hour to it. With 59, it only takes me ~10 minutes to center myself and start the day on a great note. I’m so happy I found this app :)
