We’re excited to introduce and share more about Macenzie, who recently joined Kintsugi as a Senior Executive Assistant to Grace Chang, Founder/CEO.. Demonstrating advanced proficiency in managing complex project responsibilities and fostering effective internal and external communication, Macenzie has been instrumental in creating operational leverage in innovative workplaces.

Prior to joining Kintsugi, Macenzie served as a Senior Executive Assistant at Sanas and Observe.AI, a real-time accent translation startup and the first contact center LLM startup in the Bay Area where where her partnership with the Co-Founder, CRO, and SVP of Sales supported product and sales operational transformations.

"In the first weeks of starting, Macenzie's leadership shone brightly during the Product Advisory Board meeting in Berkeley, where she not only orchestrated the event seamlessly but also collaborated with our Head of Marketing, Lorraine, leaving an important lasting impression across the executive and client attendees." - Grace Chang, Founder/CEO of Kintsugi

We’re so excited to have you here. Why did you decide to join Kintsugi?

I have always been super passionate about wellness, both mental and physical, and understanding the link between both is crucial. Mental well-being influences motivation, discipline, and the ability to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

A focus on mental health aligns with a comprehensive approach to wellness, ensuring that individuals can achieve their overall goals while addressing the broader aspects of their psychological and emotional health.

You’ve been a part of the team for a few months now. How has it been so far and what has surprised you the most about Kintsugi?

Well not surprised, but just impressed with how hard everyone works every day, all day. They step up when they need to, even if it's something they have never done before. That to me is so motivating, and really gives me endless amounts of energy throughout the day!

Fun Fact?

I am from a small farming community in North Dakota and spent my formative years dedicated to a water ski team—an experience markedly distinct from my current California residence. I hold deep appreciation for both environments, as they've collectively shaped my perspective. My strong work ethic, rooted in my Midwestern upbringing, has been pivotal in shaping my trajectory thus far. I'm so excited about my journey and the opportunities ahead for us at Kintsugi.
