Welcome to Kintsugi

We are thrilled to introduce you to our cutting-edge voice biomarker technology that is poised to revolutionize mental healthcare.

Kintsugi is the art of repairing fractures in ceramics with gold. What once was broken becomes stronger and more beautiful. We apply this philosophy to mental health, developing technology to fill the gaps in behavioral health infrastructures and scale access to mental health care.
COMPANY OVERVIEW

Kintsugi is a clinically validated voice biomarker technology that harnesses the power of AI and voice to detect signs of depression and anxiety. A flexible, end-to-end behavioral health solution, Kintsugi Voice helps payors, providers and healthcare partners conduct mental health screenings accurately and at scale.

Founded in 2019 by two ambitious women, Grace Chang and Rima Seiilova-Olson, shared a common challenge in accessing quality mental healthcare services. They combined their strengths to create voice biomarker technology that has the power to positively impact the lives of billions around the world.

Kintsugi has raised $28M to date, with a $20M Series A led by Insight Partners in 2022 and $8M seed funding led by Acrew Capital and the National Science Foundation in 2019. The Bay Area team has received dozens of accolades and distinctions for their AI technology, most recently named to Fierce 15 2023 and Forbes AI 50 in 2022.
