The Role
As Kintsugi’s Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key strategic role in driving scalable top-of-funnel growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, you will design, execute, and optimize data-driven demand generation programs across all marketing channels to fuel pipeline and revenue growth. You will also play a pivotal role in maintaining brand visibility in the market and supporting revenue growth through targeted marketing efforts.
Kintsugi offers a competitive Total Rewards package to ensure our employees are well-supported both personally and professionally. The expected base salary for this role will range from $130,000 - $180,000 + Equity. Actual compensation may vary based on your confirmed skills and experience.

Responsibilities
- Refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), leveraging insights to craft highly targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with our core audience(s) and drive impactful results.
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to effectively engage and convert target audiences, including enterprise health systems and channel partners.
- Oversee event strategy, including event selection, planning, execution, and follow-up to maximize lead-generation opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build customer success stories and bring them to the market to influence and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Manage Kintsugi's PR activities, such as crafting and distributing press releases, while also maintaining a dynamic online presence through our company website,blog, and LinkedIn page, to ensure consistent brand messaging and engaging content.
- Manage PR and Analyst relations to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Create customized marketing collateral, proposals, and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective clients.
- Stay abreast of ongoing and upcoming trends in the marketplace/competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network, promote Kintsugi, and gather insights for marketing initiatives.
- Contribute creative ideas and insights to continually improve marketing strategies and drive business growth.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally encompassing both startup environments and the healthcare sector, including work with payers and providers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, resource-constrained environment and wear multiple hats as needed.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end projects of various scopes and sizes.
- Comfortable leading conversations with executives at digital health companies and channel partnership opportunities.
- A collaborative approach to problem-solving, with a can-do attitude and a drive for results.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience using Hubspot Sales + Marketing, Definitive Healthcare, and Google Suite; familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee public relations efforts, including working closely with PR agencies to craft and execute effective communication strategies that enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Prior marketing experience with early-stage SaaS healthcare startup(s), catering to payers and providers.
