Kintsugi Voice Zoom Bot

Overview

Kintsugi Voice integrates seamlessly with Zoom to provide voice-based wellness insights during virtual sessions. The bot joins calls automatically, runs its analysis in the background, and shares results privately with the meeting host or clinician. Easy install, one-command removal, and simple configuration keep the setup and management simple for any organization.

Installation

To install Kintsugi Voice for Zoom, visit the Zoom App Marketplace and search for Kintsugi Voice.

Installation Options:

- Select 'Add for Others' if you're enabling Kintsugi for all Zoom accounts that are part of your Zoom organization. You need to have Zoom admin privileges.
- Select 'Add for Myself' if you're enabling Kintsugi for your Zoom account only.

The installation option refers to who is enabling Kintsugi, not who gets analyzed. Regardless of which option you choose, Kintsugi will always analyze the voice of the meeting participant, not the meeting host.

For Organizations: Once enabled on an organizational Zoom account, all clinicians in your organization can use Kintsugi Voice in their Telehealth sessions.

Usage

1. Start your Zoom meeting/session as you normally do.  Kintsugi Bot will seamlessly join your meetings and analyze your patient’s voice.
2. Once the analysis is complete, the results will be sent ONLY to you, the clinician, via the Zoom chat interface.
3. If you or your patient doesn’t need Kintsugi for a meeting, simply type `/leave` in Zoom's chat interface any time during the meeting to remove the bot.

Uninstallation

1. Login to your Zoom account and navigate to Zoom marketplace.
2. Click “Manage” < “Installed Apps” or search for “Kintsugi Voice app.
3. Click “Kintsugi Voice app”.
4. Click “Uninstall”

Installation

Go to the Zoom Marketplace and install the Kintsugi Voice App

Account Activation

Send email to engineering@kintsugihealth.com mentioning email addresses of your Zoom account.

Configuration

Once activated, Kintsugi will send all the details necessary to configure your Zoom Contact Center enabled with Kintsugi Voice.
