Kintsugi for Zoom

Complete activation

Thank you for your interest in Kintsugi and installing the Kintsugi Voice app for video conferencing and Zoom Contact Center. You will need to activate your account with Kintsugi before you can use the bot in your meetings/sessions.

To complete your activation for Kintsugi on Zoom, please email us at engineering@kintsugihealth.com.  
Be sure to include the following details: your organization’s name, the email address requiring access, and the intended use of Kintsugi Voice.

What to expect

Zoom Video Conferencing

Once your Kintsugi Voice account is activated, simply start your Zoom meeting/session as you normally do.  Kintsugi Bot will seamlessly join your meetings and analyze your patient’s voice throughout the appointment. Results are sent ONLY to you, the clinician, via the Zoom chat interface, enabling real-time assessment of your patient’s emotional well-being without disrupting your workflow.

If you don’t need Kintsugi for a particular session, simply remove the bot and continue your session uninterrupted.

Zoom Contact Center

Once activated, you will receive all the details for configuring Zoom Contact Center to enable Kintsugi
